In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.



Our 200 m2 fully renovated apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 12 people for a comfortable Parisian stay.



It is provided with Wifi, hair dryer, electric heaters, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and TV .



Our apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical parisian Hassmanian Building.



You will love to relax on the sofas in the living room or in the dining area to chat with your friends or family , sharing a snack or a glass of wine after a hectic day in the capital.



The dining table is huge !



The open space kitchen is perfectly equipped (fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle).





The sober and modern bedrooms have excellent quality bedding for a perfect sleep.





Ideally located in the heart of Paris you will be close to the best attractions, museums, bars and restaurants that the capital can offer you.



You will for sure fall in love with the rue Montorgueil, a pedestrian street, very lively and picturesque, where you will find delicious boutiques for gourmets, as well as small restaurants and designer stores, at the forefront of Parisian fashion.



In this area, new restaurants, cocktail bars and stores have opened and strolling around the neighborhood will make you feel completely parisian.



The Louvre, the Georges Pompidou Museum, Les Halles, the Opera or the Grands Boulevards will be just 15 mn walk away !

The tourist tax is applicable



ATTENTION: Parties are strictly prohibited there and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without compensation and on the spot, and collection of the deposit automatically. No noise tolerated.

A credit card deposit in the amount of 750 to 1000 € will be requested at the agency on the day of your arrival, and will be given directly to the owner for the duration of your stay.

48 hours after your departure, it will be charged, or not, by the owner, in the event of holidays, or general non-compliance with the regulations.



We offer you FREE access to our Urban flat in Paris gym, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 (50 meters from your apartment) and open every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.



To access it, please come to our agency 9 rue du caire at 75002, to reserve your time slot in advance.



Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
