Accommodation: This two-room apartment of 35 m2 is located on the Place des Orres 1800, in the residence of the Hauts de Préclaux aux "Silènes", and accommodates up to 6 people.Oriented to the east and located on the first floor, it overlooks the square and its shops and offers views of the surrounding summits.It also has a heated outdoor swimming pool in its residence and a private ski box.It consists of an entrance with storage, a dining room - living room with convertible sofa and TV, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven, a separate bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a balcony with garden furniture.For sleeping you will find a sofa convertible in 160x200cm in the living room, a double bed in 160x200cm in the separate bedroom and a double bed in 80x200cm in the sleeping area.You will be ideally located just above the square of the resort, close to the shops (restaurants, bars, supermarket and regional products, equipment rentals, etc.) and activities or events, and only about 50 meters from the departures of the ski or mountain bike slopes.In addition, you will have access to the wellness area or you will find the heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness area of the residence (open during the summer and winter seasons).
