It has a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you !

The accommodation is as follows :

Ground floor
- A 60 m² triple living room with sofa, TV, dining area and decorative fireplace.
- A large fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., with direct access to the garden and terrace.
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160x1200), single bed and (90x190) en-suite bathroom with bath and double washbasin
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 4: single bed (120x190) and en-suite shower room
- Bathroom with bath
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A private (heated) 11x3.5m swimming pool, open from May to September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.

The house is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- You'll be close to the lively centre of Bordeaux, close to our Cité du Vin, Place de la Comédie with its Theatre and Grand Hotel.
- Saint Emilion, the Arcachon Basin, Cap Ferret and the ocean beaches are all less than an hour away by car.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, public pay car parks are located close to the house. There is no on-site parking.

- The fireplace is decorative and not functional.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement will be applied.
- All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of their parents. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual.
