It is indeed located in the heart of Paris, in the Saint-Michel district, which is one of the oldest and most lively in the capital. You will find numerous restaurants, bookshops and cinemas in its small cobbled streets. You will only need to walk a few metres to find yourself on the banks of the Seine, and admire the breathtaking view of the Ile de la Cité.



Our apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 8 people for a comfortable Parisian stay.



It is fully air-conditioned, which makes it very pleasantly cool, even at the height of summer.

Air conditioning is available only from mid-March to mid-September.



It is equipped with WiFi, hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, television.



In his kitchen you will find: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



Extremely well served by public transport, you will easily access the major attractions that the Capital can offer you.



In fact, you don't even need public transport since you are in the heart of Paris!

The Left Bank of Paris where our apartment is located is historically the bank of Paris where intellectuals gathered (Saint-Germain-des-Prés district with the Café de Café de Flore or the Café des Deux Magots), artists, musicians and jazz enthusiasts (notably at the famous Caveau de la Huchette), as well as students (in the Latin Quarter, around La Sorbonne)

We offer you access to our Urban flat gym in Paris, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm, for 20 euros for 2 hours.



In order to access it, please present yourself at our agency at 9 Rue du Caire 75002, to book your time slot in advance.



Your booking is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
