ATTENTION: Parties are strictly forbidden under penalty of immediate termination without compensation and on the spot, and automatic collection of the deposit. No noise tolerated.

A credit card deposit of €750 to €1000 will be requested at the agency on the day of your arrival, and will be directly handed over to the owner for the duration of your stay.

48 hours after your departure, it will be debited, or not, by the owner, in case of parties, or general non-compliance with the rules.



Your reservation is protected. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
