This apartment is composed of an open kitchen with a living room and a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms with double beds.

Terrace of 18m2 covered allowing to benefit from outside air even when the weather conditions are not at the rendezvous.

The apartment includes a 140cm TV, internet in very high speed (fiber), a kitchen fully equipped and opened on the living room, a bathroom double basin and large cupboards. A washing machine and dryer are also at your disposal.

On the night side, the apartment includes:
- one bedroom with double bed
- one another bedroom with double bed
- a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room

The accommodation is quietly set back from the street. An outdoor garden is also accessible.
