Accommodation: This 2-room apartment of 38 m2 with a rustic atmosphere is located on Place des Orres 1800, in the building "Les Silènes" of the Hauts de Préclaux and can accommodate up to 6 people.Oriented to the northeast and located on the first floor, it offers a direct view of the slopes and peaks of the resort. Guests can also enjoy the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool (open in season only) and a private ski box.It consists of an entrance with storage, a dining room - living room with sofa bed and TV, an equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.For sleeping you will find a convertible sofa in 140 x 190 cm in the living room, a double bed in 140 x 190 cm in the separate bedroom and two single beds in 80 x 190 cm in the night corner.You will be ideally located close to shops (restaurants, bar, superette, souvenir shops and regional products, equipment rentals, etc...) and activities or events, and only about 50 meters from the departures of ski slopes, mountain bikes and hiking trails. In addition, you will have access to the wellness area or you will find the heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness area of the residence (open during the summer and winter seasons).
