Accommodation: This 35 m2 apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has a terrace on the ground floor, exposed to the east.In the "Les Érines" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, you will be ideally located a few meters from the snow front and access to the ski slopes; as well as all the shops of the shopping place: restaurants, local products shops, bakery, superette, ski rentals... The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, hob, refrigerator and all the kitchen equipment to spend beautiful evenings with family or friends, around a mountain specialty.As for sleeping, you will have a sleeping area with a double mezzanine bed in 140x190cm, a bedroom with a double bed 140x190cm and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. The bathroom has a bath, for a moment of relaxation after your favorite activities. A separate toilet completes the set.SMALL MORE: Enjoy unlimited access to the heated outdoor pool of the residence located right in front of the apartment, as well as the sauna cabins and fitness area (open space during summer and winter).A private ski locker will allow you to store all your slipping equipment.
