IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Facade renovation work is scheduled to begin in September 2026 and will last for at least three months. Scaffolding will be erected. Depending on the progress of the work, noise and visual disturbances may occur.



MADAGASCAR is a beautiful apartment fully air-conditioned, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has an ideal location in the Carré D'Or ( city center) in the immediate nearness of the famous pedestrian zone and its restaurants and stores. The sea is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th and last floor without elevator.
