The Sassafras residence marks the beginning of the charming Promenade des Ardoisières in the Dromonts area.
The residence is situated directly above the Boulevard des Skieurs and offers breathtaking views of the Ardoisières valley. It is ideally located in a peaceful area, but just a few minutes' walk across the playground with its sled run will take you to the main street of Avoriaz. The residence also benefits from its proximity to the Dromonts Square and its recently renovated shops, including a bowling alley, restaurants, caterer, wine and deli shop, and ski shops.

Access to the ski area can be done through the town center and the Dromonts drag lift, via the Boulevard des Skieurs, or by taking the Ardoisières promenade and accessing the Arare sector.
