An air-conditioned house to relax in, located in a secure, private residence. The residence has a communal swimming pool. You'll be less than a kilometre from the Vias beach and its shopping alley with its summery, Mediterranean atmosphere.



Ground floor: Large living room with kitchen area (fridge, small freezer, induction hob + oven hood, Senseo coffee pod maker, microwave, dishwasher), dining table (seats 6), sofa bed (sleeps 2), HD TV, direct access to terrace, separate WC.



First floor: One bedroom (double bed 140x190), one bedroom (double bed 140x190) with wardrobes. All bedrooms can be darkened. Shower room (shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, electric towel rail).



Outside: Tiled terrace with patio furniture (1 table, 6 chairs), solid barbecue.

The swimming pool is not heated and is open from early June to late September (10am to 8pm).



Also available: washing machine, drying rack, WiFi connection

1 private parking space.

Pets are not allowed.



To be paid upon arrival:

Security deposit (EUR 500, bank imprint), tourist tax (according to current rates).

Utilities (water and electricity) are included in the rental price.

End-of-stay cleaning and household linen are also included.



The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
