Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, an attractive bedroom and a shower room.

The apartment is composed as follows

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed and single bunk bed

- An east-facing balcony of approx. 7 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
