Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 80 m² single-storey house, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room (with fireplace), open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, shower room and 450 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises

- A dining area to enjoy a meal together
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 : double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A 450 m² enclosed garden with trees and garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A south-facing terrace in front of the house and a west-facing terrace on the side. The two French windows in the living room open onto the terraces.

The house is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant and quiet setting, 1 km from the village with its various shops (bakery, delicatessen, bar, etc.), supermarket 4 km away and seasonal market nearby.

Activities :
- Fréhel boasts a number of pages, including those of Les Sables d'Or, with many restaurants nearby, a casino, golf course, tennis courts, inflatable structures for children, rosalie rentals and a nautical center.
- Visits to Cap Fréhel and Fort Lalatte
- The nearest beach is Anse du Croc, a magnificent sandy beach overlooking Cap Fréhel, less than 1 km away.

Nearby events :
- Les Médiévales du Fort Lalatte in August, numerous flea markets throughout the summer.
- Start of the Rum Race every 4 years, visible from Cap Fréhel

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, there's a garage, the possibility of parking another car in front of the garage and free public parking in front of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Lamballe, about 25 km from Fréhel.
- Little public transport (one bus a day to Saint-Brieuc).
- Car recommended

Other comments :
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not supplied. For winter rentals, the first fire will be provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen included, towels not provided.
- Baby cots can be rented on request for an additional fee of €5 per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
