The accommodation comprises :
First floor
- A 44 m² living room with sofa and armchairs, TV
- A dining area to enjoy a meal together
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a utility room with access to the swimming pool.
- Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 : double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3 : bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower and bath, vanity unit and WC
- Separate WC
Air-conditioned 1st floor (attic) :
- Bedroom 4 : two single beds
- Reading area
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A 10m² swimming pool (private, unheated) facing west, semi-buried. Open all year, equipped with alarm. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
- A lovely 640 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- 30 m² east-facing terrace with table and chairs
- 80 m² west-facing terrace with garden furniture and swimming pool
The house is ideally located in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a quiet neighborhood close to the forest for hiking and mountain biking. Just 1 km from the town center and 3 km from the beaches.

If you choose to come by car, you can park 4 cars inside the grounds.
