Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 28 m² apartment in Dinard which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room. We're waiting for you !

The apartment comprises
- A 23 m² living room with TV, a dining area and a queen-size bed (160×200) that folds out onto a 3-seater sofa.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A south-east-facing terrace of approx. 3m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private basement parking lot.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Gare de Saint Malo (12 km)
- Nearest airport : Pleurtuit-Dinard airport (7 km)

Activities :
- You are located 10 minutes from Lancieux, 7 minutes from Ploubalay, 10 minutes from Saint-Briac and Saint Lunaire.
- For golf enthusiasts, you'll find one of the oldest golf courses in France, Golf de Saint-Briac (facing the sea).
- You can also spend some quality time at the Château du Nessey in Saint-Briac.
- Take a boat trip on the cale du clair de lune to discover Saint-Malo intra-muros

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Reservations and payment must be made with the concierge at least 4 days before arrival. After this date, no linen can be reserved.- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
