The apartment is ideally located in the Serre Chevalier resort of Saint-Chaffrey, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Numerous activities are available in summer: hiking, via ferrata, rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, paragliding, etc.
- Hot baths in Monetier,
- Swimming at the Casset lake
- Skiing, skating...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's underground car park, where a space is reserved for the accommodation, or in a public car park close to the accommodation.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- A free shuttle bus in front of the car park takes you to the foot of the slopes in less than 5 minutes.
- Nearest train station: Briançon station 6.7 km away (about 11 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère airport, 152 km (approx. 2h17 by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation (one cat or dog per stay, €30 supplement).
- Ski locker available.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
