Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is composed as follows :

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, hob...
- Bedroom with bunk bed, pull-out bed (sleeps 3)

The apartment is ideally located in Linguizzetta, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
