This beautiful, well-appointed 36 m² flat is located on the 2nd floor of a low-rise building without lift. It comprises :
- a living room with a comfortable sofa bed overlooking the courtyard,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, fridge and freezer, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- Free underground parking access 2min walk from the apartment.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

## Neighborhood

There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, including the O2 Verdun, Art Dit Vin and Pim'Pi Bistrot. A ten-minute walk will take you to Place Georges Clémenceau and its shops, or Les Halles, open every morning, with its Saturday morning farmers' market. Biarritz beach is within walking distance: have lunch in an oyster bar before discovering the Hôtel du Palais and its Belle Epoque architecture, surfing from the Miramar beach or taking a walk to the Biarritz lighthouse.
