Wonderful villa with private pool, ideally located a few minutes walk from the picturesque village of Cala de Mijas; the perfect combination of calm and proximity!

The villa is bright and sunny, and has a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a terrace to sit in the sun and enjoy the view of the Mediterranean, as well as a small garden and a private parking space.

Entirely on one level, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen integrated into the living space, with direct access to the pool area through a large sliding bay window. It was completely renovated and decorated in 2023 with taste, and in a contemporary style, with 3 good-sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one with Italian shower and the other in the master suite with shower and bath.



Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !



La Cala de Mijas is one of the favorite destinations on the Costa del Sol, offering everything you could wish for, such as typical restaurants as well as international ones, supermarkets, pretty cobbled streets and a promenade along the beach that stretches for miles. Perfect if you want to forget about the car during your entire stay!
