We offer this charming 80 m² house for rent in Cancale, less than a kilometer from the Port, also known as La Houle, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 265 m² garden with a terrace at the rear and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following complementary equipment: barbecue, raclette set, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- South-facing front patio with 15 m² wooden terrace, garden furniture and parasol. Rear patio with 10 m² wooden terrace, with low garden furniture. Raised section, 2 sun loungers and 2 chiliennes. Sunshade and barbecue.

Activities:
- The house is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. The shops in the town center near the church are a 15-minute walk away (1.2 km).
- The nearest bakery, Boulangerie des petites croix, is a 10-minute walk away (1 km).
- Super U supermarket, 15 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car
- A 5-minute walk to the port for a seafood platter along the "chemin des jeux". All the port's restaurants can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
- The market takes place in the village every Sunday morning.
