In Saint-Malo, we offer you this charming 50 m² apartment with sea view from the kitchen, less than 50 meters from the beach with direct access, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the rental price. All you have to do is put down your luggage!

The accommodation comprises

- Two bedrooms including 2 bunk beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200), a sofa bed.

50 m from the Grand Hôtel des Thermes and its thalassotherapy center, the apartment is right on the water, with a sea view over the Sillon beach. A double window gives direct access to the apartment.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following complementary equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Just a few steps from Surf School (for all water sports activities), 250 m on foot from excellent food shops (Beurre Bordier, boulangerie Malécot, pâtisserie Gaël Redouté, etc.), Carrefour Market and pharmacie des Thermes, it's also a 20-minute walk from the "Cité Corsaire" (Intra Muros) via the seawall or the beach (access possible by bus too).
