In Pianottoli-Caldarello, in the heart of nature and close to the beautiful beaches of the Bay of Figari, we offer this charming 165 m² house with sea and mountain views for rent, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 5,800 m². End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation comprises

First floor:
- A 75 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, De Longhi coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), shower room with walk-in shower and access to the terrace from the bedroom

Ground floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6: one double bed (140×190) and access to the terrace from the bedroom
- Two bathrooms with walk-in shower
- Three separate WCs
- A cellar with washing machine and storage space

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, booster seat, baby bath, gas hob, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- The living areas with large bay windows are extended by vast wooden terraces, offering a beautiful view of the sea and the maquis.
-The 45m² exotic wood terrace with 18m² sunshade is equipped with deckchairs, chairs and a stone table and stools. The terrace leads onto a large, fully enclosed 6,000m² plot planted with maquis, olive trees and cork oaks, and includes a petanque area.
- There is a 9x3.70 m swimming pool (private, heated), secured with a curtain. Open all year round.
- A recharging point for electric vehicles near the parking areas, for slow charging, 16A+T rating.

The house is ideally located in Pianottoli-Caldarello, just 5 minutes' walk from the centre, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, 10 minutes' drive from heavenly beaches. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market (every Sunday) and a children's playground... Bonifacio is 20 minutes away by car and Porto Vecchio 30 minutes.

- You can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate 5 vehicles.
- Nearest train station: Porto-Vecchio, approx. 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Figari-Sud Corse, approx. 11 km away

- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. The use of the fireplace is prohibited in summer.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation, with a limit of one per stay.
- All rooms have terrace access.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors and is included in the price. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual.
