Duplex apartment for 6/7 people located on the 9th floor of the Malinka residence. West-facing balcony offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the valley and the mountains.

On the ground floor: the living room and the kitchenette open to the living room. You will also find a bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
The kitchenette is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc...
Upstairs are the bedrooms and a shower room with wc.

Sleeps:
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190).
- Living room (ground floor): 2 single sofa beds (80x185) including 1 with 1 trundle bed (80x180).

The MALINKA residence is located in the Falaise district, close to shops (restaurants, supermarket, ski shop), the resort reception, and covered parking.
Access to the slopes is via the "Boulevard des Skieurs" just a few meters away, and the ESF meeting point is 300 meters away.
End of stay cleaning is included.
