It consists of a living room with TV, an open equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan...), no washing machine, a bathroom with single basin, shower and toilet, a ground floor bedroom with bunk beds 70cm and a first floor bedroom with a 140cm bed, as well as an open mezzanine with an additional 140cm bed. You can enjoy its private courtyard with two terraces: to the East and South as well as a private parking. Ideal for a family with children. Close to the city centre and its shops, beach access only 100m from the apartment and city centre 600m away. The end-of-stay cleaning is optional for 88 euros. Accommodation for a family only.
