Discover Villa Tchanquée, a spacious, comfortable house ideal for vacations with family or friends on the Bay of Arcachon. Fully air-conditioned and adapted to PMR standards, it can accommodate up to 14 people, including a maximum of 12 adults.

Household linen, especially for the bed, is not included in the cleaning service. However, it is possible to order them at an additional cost. This service must be requested at the time of booking. In the event of a late request, too close to your arrival, we cannot guarantee availability, as we have to order hotel linen in advance.

We don't allow festive gatherings because, although the house is quiet and out of sight, it is located in a residential area. We do not allow parties at all.

Villa complies with PMR standards.

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover.
Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
