The "SAVUTI" villa, with an area of ​​172 m2, is a splendid stone construction, with an incredible cachet, located on a plot of 1230 m2.

It offers very beautiful volumes and has several terraces (including one with sea view) in an exceptional environment. The southern exposure will offer you optimal light and sunshine.

The villa is spread over 2 levels.
It comprises 4 bedrooms with double beds, including a master suite, 1 children's bedroom, a beautiful modern kitchen open on one side to the outdoor terrace and on the other side to a very large living room of over 50m2 with 3 different spaces (relaxation or winter lounge under veranda, dining room and TV lounge)
Outside, you can enjoy a very beautiful swimming pool out of sight, several terraces and relaxation areas, a large garage of 60 m2 and 2 parking spaces under carport

The villa has a high-speed wifi connection, ideal for teleworking.
It also has air conditioning in the bedrooms on the upper level (master suite and children's bedroom) for more comfort on very hot nights.

Household: Mandatory exit cleaning fee to be paid on arrival to the concierge: 150 euros

Laundry: Package 10 euros / person (adults & children): duvet cover and fitted sheet for each bed / 2 pillowcases, 1 hand towel & 1 shower towel per person. Included: 2 kitchen towels.
Packages must be reserved in advance, indicating the composition of your group (sheets will be installed) and paid upon arrival with housekeeping. Please note: pool/beach towels are not provided
For short stays (< 3 nights) in small groups (6 people max), you can ask to bring your own sheets and towels.

Deposit/Warranty: An uncashed check for €1,500 (or transfer failing that) will be requested upon check-in. It will be returned to you upon check-out subject to possible damage.

Swimming pool: It is open from May to mid-October
A person will come and maintain it once a week in high season and twice a month in mid season.

Animals: Not accepted.
