You can reach Intra-Muros, the historic center, in 20 minutes on foot via the main shopping street of Saint-Servan.
A market takes place on Place Bouvet (300 m away) on Tuesdays and Fridays, where you can also find covered halls with fresh fish. An oyster vendor sets up every Sunday on Place Bouvet (theatre square). A small convenience store open 7 days a week is located 900 meters away in Bas-Sablons, and a Carrefour Market is just 100 meters away on Rue Ville Pépin.
Saint-Servan is known for its bustling shopping street, Solidor Tower, and the Cité d’Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
Beaches and Walks:
Sheltered from the wind and sunny, the beaches and charming coves of Saint-Servan are ideal for families. At Bas-Sablons beach, just below the theatre square, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at “Bac’O Sablons” while your children play on the sand.
Just a stone’s throw from the house, you’ll find Bel Air Park with its playgrounds for children. We also recommend the scenic walk along the Aleth headland, birthplace of Saint-Malo, with Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of a neo-Romanesque cathedral, or even further afield.
