The villa faces south and offers an incredible view of the sea, the islands of Levant and Port-Cros, the bay of Pramousquier and Cap Nègre.
Its delightful Mediterranean garden, known as the "Rayolais type", preserved and out of sight, is full of shaded corners or in full sun to relax. The song of cicadas in summer and multiple birds in spring will enchant your days. The Garden has direct access to the cycle path linking Lavandou, Rayol and Cavalaire, and leading in a few minutes to Canadel beach.

You will have deckchairs, hammock, garden furniture, family table on the terrace and its plancha, as well as an outdoor shower in the shade of the trees.

You can accommodate seven people there. The ground floor consists of a large bright living room with lounge area and dining area, a fully fitted and equipped independent kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and separate WC.
Upstairs, the two double bedrooms each have a private terrace and you will also have access to a second bathroom and separate WC.
Each of the bedrooms has a large dressing room.

Equipment: reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, television, wifi, washing machine/dryer, Nespresso espresso machine and household linen included in the price offered to you.
Parking for up to five cars on the property.
Cot and high chair lent free of charge on request.

And, located 16 km away, you can discover the medieval village of Bormes les mimosas, dating from the 12th century, it is referenced among the most beautiful sites in the Var: Provençal houses in ocher colors and shops in flowery alleys overlooking the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean.
