Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows:
- 12 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen, open onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Exterior:
- A north-west-facing balcony measuring approx. 1.20x2m, with storage box, table and chairs for enjoying fine weather.

The apartment is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, in a quiet residence with trees, 800 meters from the beach and the town center. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

The location of this accommodation will enable you to take advantage of a multitude of activities: stroll along the coast, discover the cliffs of the black cows and the Greenwich meridian, visit the Paleospace museum, swimming, mini-golf, horse riding, tennis, volleyball, boulodrome, paragliding, nautical pole, swimming...

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the residence's private parking lot. A numbered space for one vehicle is reserved for the apartment.
- Regular bus services from Paris to Deauville, and from Deauville to Villers-Sur-Mer with a passenger stop behind the residence.
- Villers-Sur-Mer train station is a 15-minute walk and a 2-minute drive away, and Houlgate is a 10-minute drive away.
- Le Havre-Octeville airport approx. 49 minutes by car.
