Idealy located to enjoy our medieval town of Sarlat-la-canéda, in the heart of the valley of the Dordogne, our loft will be perfect for you to recharge your batteries and to enjoy typical villages of the Dordogne at the same time.
Indeed, situated in a very quiet dead-end street, our house is barely 3 min from the historic center of the city by car and close to all sites you may discover (Beynac, Laroque-Gageac, Castelnaud, Rocamadour, grottes de Lascaux...)

It is a fully renovated 90m2 house, on the first floor of a large house.

There are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 160*200 and 2 beds of 90. We focus on the comfort of the new bedding and on the superior quality of percale sheets.
There also are 1 bathroom with shower, 1 independant toilet, 1 fully equiped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro-wave, fridge, good coffee machine) opened on 1 living room. You have wash machine too.

You can ask for baby equipment.

Wi-fi and TV are included.

Sheets and towels are not included. You can ask for it before your stay. Prices are : 16euros by big bed, 14euros by small bed and 6euros 2 towels per person.

Finally, you can enjoy the outdoor space thanks to a garden with palm trees and with all you need to relax (sunbed, garden table, barbecue)
