Pretty house on two levels for a stay with family or friends less than 1 km from the nearest beach and close to shops (supermarket, bakery, fishmonger and a market every Saturday morning).

You stay near the pier allowing you to go to Ile D'Yeu and 5 minutes from Noirmoutier.

You can enjoy the calm of the marshes and the pleasures of the beach.

The accommodation is a house on half-basement but bright. On the ground floor, a veranda, kitchen and living room with sofa (140*200), 1 bedroom with two beds (80*190)
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (first with Queen size bed 160*200, a bathroom with shower, 1 separate WC.

An office space is available in one of the bedrooms.

Plenty of storage space is available.

An enclosed garden and a shed are also available. Ideal for storing bicycles and beach toys.

Access to the house is completely free thanks to a key box.

Parking can be done on the lot and on the street for free in front of the house.
