A residential complex of chalets, a 10-minute walk from the town centre via the Greenway and served by the CityCab at the height of the season.





With a surface area of 60m2, this Chalet 101 can accommodate 6 people with its 3 bedrooms.



Ground floor:



A double bedroom with wardrobe (140cm bed)

A living room with fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine), dining table for 6/8 people, sitting area with TV.

Bathroom with walk-in shower. 1 separate wc.



First floor:



1 double bedroom with shelving (160cm bed)

1 bedroom with 2 single beds with storage shelves (2 x 80)



Outside:



A double French window gives you access to the private, secure terrace. Here you can enjoy your meals and take in the view of the surrounding mountains. A barbecue is available behind the chalet.

In July and August, you have afternoon access to the owners' swimming pool, shared with other neighbouring guests.

Hair dryer. Umbrella bed available on request.





In the peace and quiet of a residential area of semi-detached chalets, you are a 2-minute drive from Cauterets town centre, 10 minutes on foot.

The Citycab operates free shuttle buses during school holidays and winter weekends (150m).

Private parking makes it easy to get to and from the Lys cable car, the Pont d'Espagne or day trips.





Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the chalet rental price.

However, these services are available at extra cost if required.
