Nice semi-detached villa with garden and private pool a few meters from the beautiful Cala Llobeta. The property has 2 floors distributed as follows: on the ground floor there is a living room with access to a covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a bathroom. There is airconditioning in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and also a garage perfect for a small car. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most laureated in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation.
