It comprises a lovely living room with a dining area, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more. A comfortable lounge/TV area with Wi-Fi features a sofa bed with a real mattress, providing two additional sleeping spaces, and is bright thanks to large windows. A master suite includes a double bed, storage, and its own bathroom. A hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed and storage, a bathroom, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet for added convenience. Outside, you can enjoy two large terraces with outdoor furniture, an awning, and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals and soaking up the sun. Several parking spaces are available on the property. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bicycle during your stay – ideal for strolling along the beach at sunset, discovering our cycle paths, and exploring other hidden gems of our region. A sunny holiday awaits!
