The apartment has a private terrace of 30m² facing south, not overlooked, out of sight to offer you the privacy and tranquility necessary for your stay, it is equipped with garden furniture and two sun loungers. A 2nd covered and shaded terrace is also at your disposal. On one level, it is composed of: of a living room, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave), a bedroom (1 bed 140), a bathroom (with shower and toilet), TV and Internet access (wired and WIFI). The 1200m² land is to be shared with the owners and the second gîte.
