Beautiful, bright apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) in Antibes, directly overlooking Place Nationale, in the heart of Antibes. It consists of a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely shower room. The apartment is air-conditioned. Self-check-in is possible. Antibes' old town is pedestrianized. The nearest parking is "La Poste"

The living room opens onto the Place Nationale and its restaurants, an extension of the apartment which will offer you an ideal space to share your sunny lunches or have an aperitif.

## Access

All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants on each arrival to take care of the premises.

## Neighborhood

Located in the heart of the Old Town, Place Nationale, the apartment is 150 meters from the Marche Provençal, 250 meters from the Picasso Museum, and 300 meters from the Parking de la Poste.
Gravette beach is less than 500 meters away, and Ponteil beach is less than one km away.

The apartment has a magnificent view of the Place Nationale, bustling with restaurants and passers-by, which hosts the second-hand market twice a week.
Go down for an ice cream, take a walk in the old town or go get croissants or pissaladière on the square.
Go see a play at the Antibea theater a few steps from the apartment or a movie in the new Cinema Marenda Lacan complex (opening scheduled for summer 2023!) near the Post Office.
Everything can be done on foot, but you can also park your car nearby (Weekly packages available: q-park antibes la-poste )

All amenities, shops and boutiques for shopping are accessible nearby, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy...
In season, the little train from the Post Office can take you to Juan Les Pins, where you can spend the day and discover other beaches.
Juan also offers a famous Jazz festival in summer (Jazz a Juan), and will seduce you with its bars and restaurants that make its reputation for nightlife!

A park for children is also available in front of the Post Office, in front of the Carrefour where you will find everything you need to do your shopping.

The old town of Antibes will immerse you in a resolutely Mediterranean atmosphere, between markets and lively alleys, squares and squares where the Antibes meet on the terraces of cafes and restaurants.

Antibes is also a city steeped in history. A former Greek port colony, you will have the opportunity to walk along the quays of the port and its famous billionaires' quay.
You will find in particular Fort Vauban and the Picasso Museum fixing the Big Blue on the heights of old Antibes, a pretty cathedral....

A few km towards Nice, we find the racecourse of Cagnes sur mer, Marina Baie des Anges, Marineland or the famous casino of La Siesta.
As far as sports activities are concerned, Antibes offers opportunities for sailing, as well as diving, windsurfing/kayak and catamaran rental. For golf lovers, courses are available nearby as well as horse riding and tennis.
In winter, you can access several resorts in the region during the day, such as Isola 2000 in 1.5 hours by car.

Otherwise you can ask us to set up a private transfer from the airport or train station to your resort.

We will ask you to respect the neighborhood.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
