Moreover, during July and August, a bus passes 200m from the house to drop you off at the beach or in the centre of La Tranche sur Mer, and all of this for free (shuttles every 15 minutes approximately).



The spacious 60m2 accommodation has a terrace in front of the house, the ideal place to relax reading a book while sipping a fresh juice or to prepare and enjoy delicious skewers and barbecue grills. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. It is open to the dining room, where you can share a meal with family or friends around a large friendly table.
