Welcome to our charming, fully renovated, air-conditioned 2-room apartment in Fréjus Plage, located just 50 meters from the beach with direct access.

Our 40 square meter apartment has been completely renovated in 2023 to offer you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is located on the first floor with an elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The bright living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a flat-screen TV with internet box, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, toilet, washing machine, and towel dryer. For your comfort, our apartment is also equipped with reversible air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.

The private terrace with 2 tables and 4 chairs is an ideal place to relax outside while enjoying the view of the sea and the residence's garden.

The residence is secure and has a large closed communal parking. You also have a private and closed garage just in front of the residence. You will have access to a supermarket less than 50 meters away accessible by foot through the residence. You will be 35 minutes from Cannes and 40 minutes from Antibes. Finally, if you plan to travel by train, Fréjus train station is only 5 minutes away by car.
