The bedroom has a 140cm bed and a good-sized closet.
The sleeping alcove has 90cm bunk beds.

The bathroom has been renovated and is very practical.
Separate toilet.

The apartment is functional and has several storage closets.

The Pointe Vermeille residence is located in the Coudalère district of Port Barcarès. Located on the banks of the Salses lake, it offers a view.

Swimming pool open seasonally, reserved for the residence.

The residence is gated, and unnumbered parking spaces are available to tenants.
