Spend a superb stay in this beautiful house, in the peace. Close to the city center, near the Pellegrin hospital and the boulevards, you will fully enjoy the life of Bordeaux. Entirely renovated this year, Casa Bohème has two large rooms. You will be able to enjoy a beautiful garden sheltered from all eyes as well as a private parking space. This house is ideal for your stay with family or friends. It offers you all the comfort, mixing modernity and charm of the old for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux.
Casa Bohème is located in a green and quiet environment. With a surface area of 85 m2, it is composed as follows
- A beautiful garden of 120m², convivial and very pleasant, equipped with a table for six people
- A private parking space in the alley that leads to the house, moreover, the parking in the street is free
On the ground floor:
- A beautiful living room with a comfortable sitting area, sofa, coffee table, dining table, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped and separate kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. A kit containing some coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, will be available on site
- A bathroom with double washbasin
- A separate toilet
On the first floor:
- A large bedroom with a queen size bed, a desk, plenty of storage space and air conditioning
- A second large bedroom with a queen size bed with a sitting area, a desk, a large separate dressing room and air conditioning
Casa Bohème can comfortably accommodate four people and is fully furnished and equipped so that all you have to do is put your bags down.
Sheets, towels and tea towels of 4* quality are provided. The beds will be made on your arrival.
For even more comfort : washing machine, ironing board and iron.
