Inside, you will find a bright living room with a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, a separate toilet, a bedroom with two single beds (0.80m), a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and an en-suite shower room (shower, sink), and a closed mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and an en-suite shower room and toilet. On the garden level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a toilet, and a shower room. For leisure, there is a large relaxation room with a pool table and home cinema. A large garage and a parking space are also available. Amenities: Wi-Fi, refrigerator/freezer, television, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, toaster, crockery.

The grounds are wooded and beautifully maintained. A fireplace is provided for decorative purposes. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Optional cleaning service available upon reservation for €200. Please provide proof of civil liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.
