Discover our magnificent estate! You will enjoy a stunning recently renovated 210 m² house spread over 2 levels (7 rooms) with 12 beds, as well as 4 beautiful independent bedrooms, also offering 12 beds. You can relax in a peaceful garden on the edge of the forest, featuring a 12x6 m swimming pool heated according to weather conditions.

1) The House
The recently renovated house includes:

Ground floor: a large entrance hall, the double bedroom OCEANE (King-size bed that can be split into two singles) with shower room, a work corner, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a separate WC, and a fully fitted, high-end semi-open kitchen leading to a spacious living room and bright dining area adorned with a double-sided fireplace and a cozy reading corner.

First floor: a night hallway with a separate WC, and 3 bedrooms, each with its own independent shower room. The CHILDREN bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed. The SAFARI bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a bunk bed with its own shower room. Finally, a spectacular MASTER SUITE with private terrace, dressing room, bathroom, and double shower completes this floor.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

2) The 4 Independent Bedrooms
These elegantly decorated independent bedrooms each have a private bathroom and WC. Each room offers individual outdoor access, a private terrace, air conditioning, a smart TV, Wi-Fi access, and a kettle with hot beverages.

AZUR (35 m²): 4 beds in separable double beds, including 2 on an open mezzanine (11 m²). The bathroom features a double sink, a double shower column, and a separate WC.

EMERAUDE (27 m²): 1 separable double bed and 1 child bed (70x190 cm), with a shower and sink, and a separate WC.

LIN (40 m²): 4 beds, including 1 separable double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom with double shower and double sink, separate WC. Its private garden with terrace overlooks the forest.

PERLE (23 m²): 1 separable double bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, sink, and WC. It has a private garden with terrace facing the forest.

A charming patio with an outdoor table and a common area (lounge and kitchenette) complete the independent bedroom section.

Secure parking spaces are available on the property. High-speed fiber-optic internet ensures fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the garden, perfect for work or leisure!
