On the 1100 m² plot, you can relax in absolute tranquillity, away from the hustle and bustle, but you can still walk to the beach or into town within 10-15 minutes or with the car in less than 5 minutes. Due to the terracing and the lush vegetation, one can relax undisturbed in the garden or refresh oneself at one of the outdoor showers.
The air-conditioned Villa Neptune offers three bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes, two shower bathrooms, two WCs, two terraces, a living room with UHD TV, SAT, literature and a fireplace, a dining room with seating for six people and a modern, fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired for ambitious hobby cooks. In summer, the four-burner premium gas barbecue can also be used for outdoor cooking.
For those who can't just relax on the terrace, in the garden or in the beautiful surroundings, but have to do some work, the fully equipped workstation with screen, HDMI cable, mouse and keyboard is perfect for workation. This way, zoom and team calls can be made undisturbed from France. So if you want to use the off-season for a change of scenery without taking a direct holiday, you are welcome to do so.
