This 98 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a secure residence with an elevator. It features an entrance hall, a pantry, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room/living room and its loggia, two bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two single beds) with a view, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Private parking is available. Sheets, towels, and household linens are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is an optional extra. Tourist tax is an additional charge.
