Ideally located in Andernos-les-Bains, on the Arcachon Bay, in a quiet and residential area, just 1.5 km from the Mauret beaches and 1 km from the cycle path, beautiful detached Landes-style house with enclosed garden, terrace with private swimming pool, parking on the property and garage for motorcycles. The house consists on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a separate kitchen, a large living room with dining room and a TV lounge, two bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a third bedroom equipped with a 160x200 cm bed with balconies and a private bathroom, an office, and a separate toilet with a hand basin. For a peaceful stay, sheets, towels and table linen are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (for a fee). Free internet access. The swimming pool is open and heated from June to September, weather permitting. It measures 8m x 4m and is 1.20m to 1.50m deep.
