This unique, unique, and well-appointed gîte is a two-story tower located in the heart of the village, near a main road. It shares an enclosed courtyard with another gîte and benefits from a shared public garden below. An awning and a covered terrace provide garden furniture and two deckchairs for enjoying the warm weather. On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen equipped with a combination microwave and two electric hobs, as well as a bathroom with a toilet. The first floor is furnished as a living room, while the second floor includes a bedroom with a double bed and a clothes rack. The heating is electric. Sheet, bath, and kitchen linen rentals, as well as a cleaning service, are available as optional extras. Tourist tax is an additional charge. Pets are welcome with a deposit. A washing machine with a tancarville washer is available in the building opposite the tower.
