Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a balcony. We are waiting for you !

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa bed and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- An alcove with bunk beds.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

- A balcony facing South West, about 7 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the sea view.

The apartment is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment within a secured villa. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

You will access the accommodation independently: by collecting the keys from an Igloo home box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, please contact us so that we can organize a key collection.
