The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Sant Ambroggio, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sea and garden view, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a garden of about 90 m² as well as two terraces. We are waiting for you !

The northwest facing apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room of 19 m² with TV, Wifi included, double sofa bed (140×200)
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with Italian shower and isolated WC.

Exterior:
- A closed garden, exposed North-West, of about 90 m² as well as two terraces for total of about 18 m², with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

The apartment is ideally located in Sant Ambroggio, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a house with 4 apartments. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- The beach and the marina at about 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
- Visit Calvi, Ile Rousse, Saint Florent, the musical village of Pigna...
- Boat rental, diving, fishing, walks, mountain hiking, visits to typical villages, Bonifatu forest ...
- Events : Calvi on the rocks at the end of June and beginning of July, Corsican polyphonic songs in Calvi and Pigna...

Transportation :
- You can park directly on the private parking outside (1 vehicle, any type).
- Nearest train station: Calvi located at about 20 minutes by car, also the stop of the train which serves the whole coast including Calvi and Ile Rousse located at 15 minutes on foot.
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine located at approximately 18 minutes by car.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner. 35 € kit for two people, 18 € kit for one person.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
