## Emplacement
A stone vessel on the mouth of the Rance River, Saint-Malo proudly erects its ramparts above its beaches and port. The facades and towers emerging from the fortifications give the city its unique silhouette. To approach the city of Saint-Malo, the walkway offers breathtaking views! Accessible on foot, at low tide, the Petit Bé fort and the national fort are in exceptional situations. From these islets, an unforgettable view extends over 360°. On the Grand Bé, you can pay a posthumous visit to the famous Malouin writer Chateaubriand. Other defensive elements to appreciate outside the walls and on land, the fort of the city of Alet and the Solidor Tower. Saint-Servan is also the starting point of a beautiful walk facing the Rance river and the walled city.
