35 m² apartment on the ground floor with private 15 m² wooden terrace facing North West overlooking green space:

Large living room opening onto the terrace (140 cm sofa bed, round table for 4 people) with open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, filter coffee maker, fridge freezer), a small bedroom / cabin (2 90 cm bunk beds + cupboard), a bathroom (shower, washbasin on furniture and WC)

Linen not provided, possibility of renting via the agency, [hidden] 1 pack 140/160 cm sheets + towels = €42/week - 1 pack 90 cm sheets + towels = €32/week.

During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €10/day.
